A family of builders
Pietro Rinollini’s entrepreneurial nature is undeniable. The company head, who arrived in Canada in 1964 at the age of 16, has made his mark by founding and managing flourishing businesses. Since the end of the 1970s, the entrepreneur has specialized in real estate development, in addition to carrying out the construction of commercial projects in Montreal.
In 2004, Pietro Rinollini and his sons founded Habitations Métrocité Inc. Jean-Béraud Terraces was the dynamic team’s very first creation, marking the start of a great family venture. The ambitious project of 128 units in Chomedey, Laval, was only the beginning. Today, Métrocité has over 1,000 units built in Laval and Montreal.

Recognized for the impeccable design of its projects, Métrocité boasts an impressive track record with multiple renowned creations: Domaine Chartier in Saint-Léonard, Val-des-Brises Condos and Townhouses, New Chomedey Townhouses and Square Jean-Béraud Terraces in Laval.
